Co-Founder & Creative Director
Nigel Wilson
Background & Education: His career began as a lecturer on the psychology of lifestyle, a columnist at The Evening Standard, and a freelance journalist. He is also an author, having published D.O.M.U.S.M.E.A. on urban regeneration.
Career Experience & Ventures: Twenty years ago, he co-founded a company specializing in restoring Baroque properties in Puglia. He is an Interior Designer with high-profile clients in Italy and the UK, and the Creative Director of Off Grid Travel, which focuses on sustainable eco-housing.
Current Focus & Role: As a co-founder of Atrivm, Nigel oversees the company's strategic goals, design aesthetic, and philosophy. He also lectures on "The Psychology of Space.”
Co-Founder & Business Development
Solen Altop
Background & Education: An entrepreneur holding a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Digital Marketing from N.Y.U., as well as an MBA from M.I.T. Sloan.
Career Experience & Ventures: She worked for 15 years at her family's company, Yataş (a leading Turkish furniture brand), where she led international sales, operations, and innovation. She has founded several companies: Leap To Brand (executive coaching), Gigi and Cici (U.S. distributor for Italian bed linens), Hibboux (sustainable bedding brand, co-founded), and Goods Of Gods (lifestyle brand, co-founded).
Current Focus & Role:As part of her ongoing entrepreneurial journey, Solen
co-founded Atrivm in 2024.
Co-Founder& Administrator
Brunno Silva
Background & Education: A German-Brazilian economist with an auditing background. He holds a Master's degree in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute.
Career Experience & Ventures: He worked for five years at Deloitte as a bank auditor. In Germany, he served as a consultant for international businesses and a regulatory consultant for a global payment service provider. He also has experience in the financial sector and as an art consultant for global
collectors.
Current Focus & Role: Since 2020, Brunno has been the administrator and project manager at Atrivm. He leads the team on processes, accounting, and finance and liaises with external partners.
Co-Founder & Marketing
Serhan Altop
Background & Education: He holds a business degree from the University of Miami and a Master's in Media and Communication Management from NYU.
Career Experience & Ventures: After starting his career in Miami's furniture and finance sectors, he joined the Yataş Group in Turkey for nearly a decade. There, he led strategic marketing, restructured manufacturing operations, and launched new B2B sales channels. In 2018, he founded Hibboux, an e-commerce bedding brand.
Current Focus & Role: His recent focus has been on the international expansion of Hibboux, which included founding a new company in Germany in 2022 to establish warehouse management and distribution infrastructure for European sales.
